Disappointing. Instead of a book that brought me New York, it is a collection of extremely random references to places and people the author used to know, along with reflections about how it feels to be an Irish man in the USA. That was still the most interesting part of this book but, then again, it should be called "I'm an Irish (and drunk) man in New York".
