Born to Run: A Hidden Tribe, Superathletes, and the Greatest Race the World Has Never Seen by Christopher McDougall

3.0

Treat this book as somewhat interest-peaking and entertaining, but not scientific. Some truths regarding the tribe’s history, poor evidence or research with the barefoot running bit. Kind of Malcom Gladwell-ish in how the author seems to bank on the reader trusting statements made.

Makes the reader itch to go for a run!
