OH MY GOD I AM SCREAMING
When Tansy made up a date to get out of family dinner, she wasn’t expecting the lie to snowball into a girlfriend based on the model Gemma West. And never in a million tears would she dream that Gemma would propose marriage to her so she could keep her family business. But that was what happened, and now they have to pretend that they’re in love and couldn’t get wait to get married. Or maybe they wouldn’t have to fake feelings at all…
I AM NOT OK THIS BOOK IS SO GOOD WTF IM CRYING
I literally don’t think I could write out perfectly how much I love this book! It absolutely did not disappoint! Oh my god Gemma and Tansy are so cute and oh my fucking god-When is it my turn to feel love-The side characters were also soooo cool and I would die for Teddy and Brooks not even joking. The writing is phenomenal and the plot and the development just *shrieking*
I want to point out what others have said, the communication between Gemma and Tansy was so refreshing to see. I was expecting there to be some misunderstanding that would mess things up for a few chapters but they always talked things out. I loved how truthful they were with each other and I can’t remember when I last read a book with two characters being this clear and honest with the other.
I think Tansy’s trauma is, unfortunately, something that could happen to so many girls around the world. Being lied to and taken advantage of like this is terrifying and the way it was potrayed in the book was handled very well. Gemma’s family is just so fucked up I want to murder basically all of them.
Like I’ve said previously, Gemma’s friends are so amazing (except for) and so fun and dorky! Just everything about Gemma and Tansy makes me want to cry and scream because oh my god girls like them don’t exist in this world [tansy, girl, i am also bi and love found family how do u bag a girl like gemma in the real world-]
ALSO, when it said Madison and Tucker got a divorce in the epilogue I was so proud of her (i screamed through the entire epilogue honestly i was so happy it existed)
Highly recommend and one of the best books I’ll read!!
