One of the blurbs on the back compares one of the issues in this trade to Gotham Central, which I think is an apt comparison. There's a lot of Selina plotting out her moves, meeting with other gang leaders, and quoting badass women from throughout history.

Along with Batgirl and Grayson, this is one of the best "soft reboots" DC's done. More from Ms. Valentine and Mr. Brown, please!
