Eh, it's alright. 
I really love that the fourth doctor read this out. 
I'm on the fence about it being first person from the doctor's perspective. It is unusual compared to other doctor who novels and I'm just not sure of my thoughts on this.
I don't like that it is first person, but explained what Harry and Sarah were up to when the doctor wasn't around.
