It’s a short story collections from various South Asian origin authors. Some are great , some are passable. I had fun reading Salman Rushdie, Anita Desai, Jhumpa Lahiri and Kirpal Singh’s stories.
Almost all stories gives an Indian immigrant experience’s  perspective in one way or other. People who are away from home currently would find this books a bit reflective and nostalgic.
