“You have to live in the moment sometimes. Let life surprise you.”
I really wanted to love it. But Julie (MC) was insufferable and Sam seemed unhealthily controlling at times? The memory parts were so sweet but majority of the book I just felt uncomfortable because of Julie’s reactions to things :( I think I would’ve loved this book when I was a teenager though, but right now it really wasn’t for me. Maybe I'll try this again when my own life circumstances can relate more to Julie's as I can see why for someone grieving, this book would be the one.
