So you were hoping that Bucky would forever be the new Captain America?
NOPE!
DON'T CALL IT A COMEBACK.
And as far as comic book resurrections go, it wasn't the most far-fetched of I'm not dead yet! explaining aways as I've seen (getting blasted back in time by Darkseid's Omega Beams and then having reality unspool around you, but you're pulled back from the brink because you got a cape and "Gotham needs you" is still the trippiest IMO).
