I'd give a... 3,5? There were very interesting points in this run, I enjoyed the law-centered plots. I loved Matt as the Mayor.
What I couldn't love is the art. The style most of the chapters are in doesn't agree with me, and the fact that it sometimes changes from one chapter to the other doesn't exactly help. I liked Mayor Murdock's style.
In general, I enjoyed the second half of the run way more than the first one.
