Book 2 in the Watch trilogy brings us 3 more interwoven stories about the Night and Day Watches of Moscow.
I enjoyed this one more than the first, in part because it felt more nuanced. The Day Watch and Dark Others in general were given a much more human face.
Some characters from the first book return, and others are new. Along the way we learn more about the history of the Others, the working of the Twilight and more.
