Hansons Marathon Method: A Renegade Path to Your Fastest Marathon by Keith Hanson, Kevin Hanson, Luke Humphrey

Since I don't read much exercise physiology, I give this a thumbs-up, in no small part because I've done a bunch of shitty marathons and at this point I'll try anything. Humphrey and the Hansons cover everything and a lot of the final few chapters (nutrition, clothing, shoes) point toward new marathoners. Lots of other stuff proves relevant to veteran runners as well. I'll read this again when my next training cycle draws nearer.
