I really enjoyed this!! I laughed and cried and questioned a lot of Jolene’s decisions, but it was overall a good read.
a book all about how our experiences shape our perceptions, our thoughts and our actions. this book was so so human, and it’s what I loved about it the most. we’re all going through something, we’re all experiencing life with all its good and bad. knowing this and allowing ourselves to be vulnerable with one another is what makes life beautiful
It could’ve actually done without the romance sub plot, I don’t think it really added much to the story. Cliffs character did though, but just not the romantic relationship. I definitely do think he helped her a lot, and changed her as a person but it could’ve just been a friendship
