"But what the Demon King and his court do not understand is that paper is flammable.
And there is a fire catching among us.”

TW: Rape and Sexual Assault.

This book is dark. I wasn’t expecting it to be so intense, especially for a YA, so I guess that can make it not everyones cup of tea.
I did enjoy it overall, I liked the world building and the forbidden love.

I wish the characters of Wren and Lei were more fleshed out than they were.
