If I Die Tonight by Alison Gaylin

3.0

I started with the audio but didn't love the narrator so I switched to a hardcover. I thought it was a slow start and I didn't care much about the characters or plot. At first I feared it would be too predictable but I ended up breezing through the end to see how everything shook out (because ultimately my curiosity got the best of me). The first half was “meh” but the second half had me turning the pages quickly and pleasantly surprised with the final outcome.
