Saw the production of this at the Guthrie in Minneapolis with the amazing cast of Matthew Amendt and Dylan Godwin, and immediately knew I had to read the script.
Liz Duffy Adams has written an absolutely incredible, fast-paced (the script and the live version), entertaining play. Especially a feat for a two-person show, because they can drag sometimes.
The themes of religion, being devoured/devouring, betrayal, etc…. I could go on and on about this play. It’s so good. Definitely read it, and definitely watch it if the opportunity ever arises.
