Having read Leadership and Self Deception already I could have pretty much just read the last 23 pages to get the additional information. In fact I would go so far to say that this book is more comprehensive and i could have skipped Leadership and Self Deception all together. Oh well hindsight is 20/20.
I feel like the concepts in these books are pretty simple and obvious after reading but perspective shifts we could all benefit from. I for one feel like it has helped me change my mindset toward people and definitely reached for more grace than judgement and more understanding rather than self justification. Worthwhile read that is relatively quick and easy to get through.
