Objectively, I don't know if there's anything negative to say, but subjectively? I did not like anything about this. The power system is neat, but there's little actually done with it. I found none of the characters likeable and disliked most of them. Maybe it's trauma, maybe she's meant to be unlikeable but damn if I wasn't so annoyed bering around Mare all the time. Also, I don't like books that are all war and sneaking around; I don't find those plots interesting.
