I love this book. I liked the fact that it was written in diary form. As someone who suffers from anxiety and depression, it was refreshing to read Adam’s thoughts as he progresses on the meds. I also enjoyed how he discussed his thoughts about being in therapy and seeing his therapist. The budding love story between Adam and Maya as well as the family dynamic between Adam, his mom and Paul was intriguing to watch and see how his mental illness played a part in their lives. Overall I recommend this book.
