Gideon the Ninth by Tamsyn Muir

4.0

The only reason this only gets four stars is because some of the world building was a little messy and unclear, but everything else was really really good. Gideon was a fantastic character and completely hilarious. I thought I had the bad guy figured out, but I loved that I was only about 1/4 right. The twists seemed genuine and well built, so that when they were revealed I didn’t feel cheated. I can’t wait to read the best ones.
