Killer Triggers by Joe Kenda
4.5
fast-paced

Joe Kenda is back again with some excellent story telling of some of the worst that humanity has to offer. Despite the dark subject matter of the book, he kept it lighthearted throughout the book as he regaled the reader with stories during his days as an officer that you don't often hear, including some about police dogs or just the odd things one would see. Overall, it was an extremely enjoyable read, and for anybody that's interested in true crime or Homicide Hunter, it's a must read!

Notes on my personal rating system:
5 Stars: Book of the year or decade, will reread repeatedly
4 Stars: Very good book, likely to reread in the future, would recommend to friends/family
3 Stars: Above average to average, where most books lie
2 Stars: Slightly below average, not my favorite, books that I might not be the target audience for
1 Star: Well below average, glaring issues with the book in different capacities,
0 Star: DNF'd, or I wish that I had DNF'd, very few books fall into this category
