I love this book. I have long been interesting in truffles and how they are found and sold. Jacobsen handily showed me around the world of truffles, answered all my questions, and introduced me to truffle dogs — soo cute!

His writing is clear, beautiful, entertaining and engaging. I’ve gotten so much mileage out of telling people about the book and about truffles
