From the onset, No Excuses! lives up to its title. It's actually a little bit off-putting to start because you don't want to accept what is being recommended as factual. Yet, Tracy manages to come at each bold statement with a number examples that you could apply to your own life and see where the truth lies.

It covers a few too many categories for one book, feeling somewhat unfocused at times, but it's well done nonetheless.
