The Ashford Affair by Lauren Willig

3.75

A good read. I guessed a few of the “twists” early,  but that didn’t curb my enjoyment. Generally I like multiple timelines (a big fan of Kate Morton’s) and this one wasn’t bad. I would have liked to have read more on some of the characters (Anna, Marjorie) and I felt Bea was too one-dimensional. Also, Clemmie’s reaction to the big reveal was over the top, bordering on silly. Still, the overall story was pretty good, it moved along at a decent pace and most of the time I wanted to see what happened next. 3.75
