I don't quite know what to say about it because I don't usually read poetry/verse novels so I don't have anything else to compare it to. I loved it. It feels very genuine, very real. Maybe that's the reason why I had to put it down so many times. It triggered something in me that made me feel somewhat upset, nervous and even a little bit anxious, which I didn't particularly enjoy. But as I said before I like stories that make me feel something, that make me connect with it and this one definitely did. I think I could (and I will) read it over and over and never get tired of it.
