The Flash: Born to Run by Mark Waid, Tom Peyer, Jim Aparo, Greg LaRocque, Pop Mhan

3.0

The origin of Wally West as Kid Flash.

Wally runs into his grandfather at a local diner, then returns to his grandfathers home for the first time since Iris and Barry's death, which occurred over a year ago. He begins to reminisce about the time he stayed with the Allen's for a summer and how he received his powers in the speedforce.

There is a lot of inconsistencies with the art work, like the characters hair changing colour or the clothes they are wearing, for single panels. This made some parts of the story disjointed, as I would have to stop and figure out which character was actually speaking.
