This is definitely the weakest of the series. It was all over the place, new characters, new view points, but it didn't know if it wanted to be the story we thought we've paid for or the story about how the the story was writtem. I get that it's trying to be meta, and clever, but it went too far, it crossed the line and got pretensions.
That being said, the story did move forward somewhat. I will continue with the series, I like these characters and I want to see where the story is going. I just hope we get back to Suze & Jon, and less of Fraction & Zdarsky jerkin each other off.
