Nonviolent Communication: A Language of Life by Marshall B. Rosenberg

challenging informative reflective fast-paced

4.75

Really very good, provides clear tools to improve your communication skills, not just abstract ideas and anecdotes like a lot of books in this genre. There are quite a few anecdotes, some much more unbelievable than others, but the main content is very solid and very worth the read. I listened to it in audiobook form, and would like to get a paper copy so that I can highlight (and potentially photocopy and distribute) sections. I’ll definitely be reading this one again and again.
