Black Panther The Young Prince: Spellbound by Ronald L. Smith

4.0

A great sequel and middle grade read! The series is shaping up to be almost episodic, with different adventures for young T'Challa for each novel. His friends are fleshed out more, and the new characters were dynamic.
The climax fight left a little to be desired; Bast appears, but we don't really see much of the fight. The climax also reveals a slightly convoluted story behind the big bad, although I liked the inclusion of the dark hold.
