Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles Volume 9: Monsters, Misfits, and Madmen by Kevin Eastman, Tom Waltz

3.0

I thought this volume was okay, nothing particularly special to be honest. The Turtles return to New York after the excellent City Fall and Northampton arcs. To be honest, these issues feel like filler and are just bridging the previous arcs to the next part of the story. I did get a kick out of seeing Metalhead and Pigeon Pete and it liked what they did with Angel and Nobody. I felt that the Casey Jones / Hun story was just going back over previous ground and didn't add much. It was okay.
