Rules of Contact by Jaci Burton

4.0

Do you like naughty but sweet athletes? Do you enjoy filthy talking, ripped and tattooed hotties? Do you happen to like good bedtime stories?

If you answered yes to any of the above, one-click right now! I'll wait. Ok, while you wait for it to load, remember that all the other Play by Play novels are one click away too. I need to go back and click away.

Flynn- the hot, filthy talking tattooed football player rippling with muscle and has a spectacular @ss that you could bounce a quarter off of- the guy I mentioned above...He has a great life. He loves his job. He opened a restaurant. He enjoys himself but he isn't so lucky in love. It seems he only attracts the money grubby or the camera whores. It's getting to be ridiculous especially for a simple guy who would love to settle down and do the family thing. (Hey, Flynn! Just give me time to ditch my hubs...Just kidding honey!)

Amelia, the head ache at Flynn's restaurant, is actually sad to see him constantly striking out in the love department. One conversation later with a roommate's wife and Amelia and Flynn are somehow being setup on dates. But it seems that conversation and sparks aren't happening for the right pair and wine isn't the only thing flowing...

With heat, chemistry, and that zing, what's a girl to do?

Though this wasn't my first Jaci book; it is my first Play by Play book. I am a big sports romance fan, although real life sports hold almost no space in my day. I love when a book isn't inundated with terms only fans can follow but still feels legit. If Rules of Contact is anything to go by, I think I will be scrambling for more of the series. I am especially excited to see if the Cassidy family is in more.

Be careful! Reading this book causes smirking, temperature increases, and shifting of thighs. I do love a good bedtime story.
