The Year of Fog by Michelle Richmond

3.0

I finally got around to reading this book which was a gift from my husband's grandmother. It was interesting enough to keep me reading, and there were some sections that I felt were very well-written. However, the whole storyline and writing style felt a bit disjointed to me and there were a few crude parts that I felt did not add anything to the story. I never fell in love with any of the characters and felt that even the main characters felt a bit fuzzy around the edges. But, overall, it was an entertaining summer read.
