Bad Luck and Trouble by Lee Child
4.0
I love the Reacher books. I don't like American mass market media, particularly TV. But, when I'm I reading about Jack's adventures, I find myself wanting to know about America, not the America you see on the screen, the real America. I find myself looking on Google Maps and Wikipedia to find out more about the places that Jack visits. I never get the urge to visit the USA unless I've just read Lee Child!
This installment of Reacher is expected fayre, you get what you want. A page-turner, but a bit rushed towards the end, you realise that how the baddies will meet their end, but it felt a bit laboured, a bit deus ex-machina.
Cheers
