I found this really difficult to rate. Because whilst I didn’t love the book, i didn’t actively dislike it either. It did feel very slow/ like not much happened despite there being “trials” and I felt like I did guess some of the twists. But saying this, I did find the premise of the book interesting, and I did vouch for certain characters. It’s really difficult because I don’t want to rate it low but I also wasn’t really invested in it.
