Did not finish book. Stopped at 30%.

I really didn’t get on with either the narrative style or the characters. There was a lot of repetition and paragraph after paragraph of people rambling on about inconsequential nonsense that just felt like unnecessary padding. I couldn’t take it any more and wasn’t interested enough in resolving the mystery of who stabbed Jane to struggle through the rest of the chapters.
