OMG, I read this one in Dutch but will write my short review in English. This was an absolutely stunning book not just in illustrations but also in story. About a girl who wants nothing then to be with the stars. She has a special rock in the forests just outside of her house that she keeps visiting. She reads a lot about ufos and aliens and she loves drawing. One day she gets her wish but has to go back for a reason (but not after a really fun time with her new friend). We see her, and this brought me to tears, try for years to go back to the stars again by visiting her rock. Going there less and less because of disappointment and family. And then, one moment.. I won't tell you more but I can tell you I was crying and I am still emotional. That was a wonderful ending to a wonderful story. A story with magic and science-fiction with aliens and stars. Stunning and I would highly recommend this book to everyone in need for a beautiful book filled with family and stars.
