I read this because I couldn't sleep last night. I can't believe I read this on Christmas night, but it was compelling in a "Oh dear God, I can't look away" kind of way. At the same time, I wanted it to be grosser. I guess I'm fucked up.
I found a lot of the jokes didn't hit for me. A lot of it was repeat jokes that didn't land the first time for me. I also didn't like the racial stereotyping. I love Krampus in this, though. He's unhinged and mad scientist like. This was somewhat fun and stupid, but I wouldn't recommend it to anyone in particular.
