Irredeemable, Vol. 8 by Eduardo Barreto, Damian Couceiro, Mark Waid, Peter Krause, Diego Barreto

4.0

I suppose this volume is more noteworthy for the twist at the end. This was a very strange, dire-feeling read throughout most of it and then the end comes about and is more than a bit of a game changer. I could argue that it really comes from nowhere, but I don't know if we can say that without finishing the volumes.

Still, really enjoying this series as it runs toward the conclusion.
