Meier may be my favorite cozy author to read. The Lucy Stone books have a little something special about them that I can't name.
This one was soooo good and dare I say outside of the usual themes of cozy mysteries. But, the "big finale" was really out of left field and just... meh. But, it's a pretty short novella, so you can't complain too much.
