The art style is adorable and expressive with beautiful dresses. The story is sweet, about a young prince balancing his duties and his love for drag and the dressmaker who designs for him and wishes to be a popular designer. I’m glad this book exists and can be in schools since it’s a good starting point for learning about drag and the fluidity of gender.

TWs: outing, anti-drag prejudice
