I actually did really enjoy this one -- and I think the audiobook narrator REALLY sold the emotional impact behind it. You can tread a fine line of treating the fact you're reading for an imperial as some big wink wink joke but Janina Gavankar did a great job in bringing you in to the emotions to all the characters. Not that you can read this and suddenly think the Imperials are the Good Guys but in a way where it's like "oh you can fully see how they thought they were doing good". And it was a fun look at simply other groups of characters during a timeline we've spent a LOT of focus on AND doing it without completely rehashing canon events.
