Was this book really 400 pages? It seemed pretty short. Definitely a fast read.
Sasha McCandless is back with another legal thriller that seems to put her in harms way. A series of deaths among young girls rocks the city of Pittsburgh but the medical examiners office refuses to accept that they might be connected to a popular energy drink. One of the mayor's top aides seems to have her hands in everything. Shady business deals abound.
At times the plot was a little confusing and convoluted, but Sasha and her crew are as good as ever and things clear up as the story goes on. I'll give this another solid 4 stars.
