What My Mother and I Don't Talk About: Fifteen Writers Break the Silence by Michele Filgate

very American take on relationships between parents and children. Not very relatable as a Muslim non-american reader.
quite disheartening and some disturbing tales of relationships between parents and children. Started this book expecting it to be wholesome and healing instead all it does is bash parents and points out very single humanly mistake and blow it out of proportion. P.S. in the end, most of them no longer speak to their mother.
