I Miss The World by Violet LeVoit

5.0

This is about as unique a reading experience as I've had in quite some time. It's the narrative equivalent of sticking a fork into a canister of Pillsbury cinnamon rolls. You know that "pop" is coming, so you flinch a bit as you turn the pages. Incredibly smart writing and some of the snappiest-ass dialogue you'll see on the written page. Violet LeVoit is one of the great geniuses of literary transgression.
