The Case Against Impeaching Trump by Alan M. Dershowitz

5.0

Interesting if inconclusive in some areas

I respect professor Dershowitz legal perspective on the issue of Trump being impeached. He’s also right about the environment of intolerance for opposing viewpoints today. I would disagree with him about Trumps call to prosecute Hillary Clinton as being in the same class because the FBI has fairly established that she broke the law in her handling of classified information. That said though, the book is a nice analytical study of the question whether and how Donald Trump could be impeached.
