Preacher, Book Five by Garth Ennis

4.0

Preacher is so wild that even though this one feels like the calm before the storm, it's only relatively speaking, so the Quincannon stuff, despite how ridiculous it is, followed by Tulip's origin, feels lax compared to what's come before. In that though, it's some much needed introspection, and a great way to build up the climax without being overly dramatic.
