Spoilers / I read this book, as I said before, for something quick and lighthearted. A break from the stuff that had been taking me months to consume and understand. I started it out of the blue and finished it in around two or three weeks with breaks in between of course. The characters didn’t have major development and the main woman, Elena, was rather back and forth on her life. She cheated on her boyfriend with little care and it was added up to just “werewolf things” which bugged me somewhat. The ending bothered me as well, with her abrupt acceptance of who she was and what life she wanted to live in  matter of 10 pages after someone is suddenly injured. Though the book was fast paced which I appreciated at times, the author merely stating that something happened instead of droning on in description. Things were wrapped up quickly but there was still a prolonged problem they were facing and it did delve into their life, which I would say is a good thing for a book. This book also had a stocked vocabulary. I believe there is more books in this series but I’m not sure I’ll be continuing.
