Liar's Moon by Elizabeth C. Bunce

4.0

This book was a great sequel for Star Crossed. In fact, I liked it better. There was a better breadth of characters (imo, with the inclusion of non-heteronormative characters, yay!) and the pacing was really good.

I think what I liked most about this book is that there were sufficient twists to make it interesting, and in fact, I was guessing twists that never happened, getting surprised by others instead.

The book, while in a series, was standalone. It ended with a cliff-hanger, but not one that took away from the story (thankfully). I'm most interested in Werne and Digger's relationship, and what Werne is up to, so I hope any future book/s would delve into that.
