Big fan of Maas' writing style and characters, not so big fan of her rather... boring character descriptions (the lack of diversity is absurd) and typical european fantasy worldbuilding. That is a personal opinion, though - this book deserves its stars. It wasn't cringeworthy with cheesy dramatic love triangles either, EVEN THOUGH two men where pining after her, so that's also a plus.
