I noticed this book because of its title- a Macbeth reference. Then, I read the description and got excited about it, even pre-ordered it. This book was exactly what I hoped for- a fun sci-fi mystery that was extremely immersive/vivid. And yes, it was pretty much if Shakespeare were a modern YA author. :)
