29 Seconds by T.M. Logan
4.0

T.M.Logan has done it again with this outstanding novel. Such a thrilling smoothly written fast paced read that had me not wanting to put it down because I had to know what happened! I love Logans writing style and the seamless ways he develops his characters weather it be the newly single hard working mom or the jerk boss. This is definitely a book I'd recommend you read.

Sarah has found herself in a tough situation, her husband went away with his mistress and she's having a hard time adjusting to single motherhood. Thankfully Sarah has her father she can rely on to help out with her children. Her job has been taxing and she's hoping for a promotion to help secure her future with her children. Her boss is a bit of a chauvinistic pig. One day as she's running late she takes a detour home in hopes that it will be faster. During this detour she witnessed an incident that will inevitably change her life. It is the repercussions of this incident that shape the rest of the story. It all changes with one phone call that last 29 seconds. Sarah chose this way to benefit her life, but will this decision be for the better or for the worse!
